CTT Carpet Tile Tackifier is manufactured specifically for use with carpet tiles. Unlike carpet on a roll, carpet tiles are designed to be lifted and removed or individually replaced. This allows for easy maintenance in either industrial or domestic areas. To enable them to be used as specified, carpet tiles need an adhesive with properties that allows for this basic use, while also ensuring a safe, non-hazardous area for heavy use. Carpet tile tackifier provides a permanently tacky film which controls any lateral movement of the carpet tiles but still allows for easy removal.

The Carpet Tile Tackifier may be applied to most substrates, including concrete, cementitious screeds, hardboard, plywood and smoothing compounds and metal access floor panels. We supply CTT in 5 litre and 25 litre measures, the 25 litres will adhere 600-700 carpet tiles. This adhesive is non-staining, and resistant to plasticiser migration also easily applied with either a roller or a brush. It dries to a clear film in approx. 30-60 minutes depending on the environment.
